  • Responding to and resolving Technical Complaints from Customer
  • Ensuring service deliverables in service territory

Education and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics.
  • IT Literate: Knowledge of Computers / MS office / web.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Support
  • Service Operations and field activity.
  • Service of particular Machine In Field (MIF) allocated.
  • Installation/ Commissioning/ Sales Support on all Canon DC Products.
  • Resolution of customer complaint.

Customer Support
  • Customer Relations Management.
  • Contract Penetration improvement.
  • Monitor and improve print volumes in service branch.
  • Customer retention.
